Conscious Connected Breathwork, Reiki & Sound – 2nd Dec

A healing workshop to help clear and balance our chakras with conscious connected breathwork and alchemic sound healing. The session will start with a guided grounding meditation, followed by some gentle movement, warming and opening up the body to the breath. You will then be guided on to your mats and supported through a concious connected breathwork session with Reiki healing energy, closing with a beautiful multi-instrumental sound healing journey. No previous experience of any of these modalities is needed to attend, you will be lovingly held & supported throughout the session by Bella.
