FRAME BALLET

Get a dancer’s physique using ballet moves and strength building exercises both at the barre and in the centre of the room to create a long, lean, toned body. We’ll also work on improving balance, core stability and flexibility.

For the mind

Ballet works both your physical and mental stamina. Focus, concentration and determination are needed to perform small precise movements which is great for memory and mental clarity. Great ready for happy hormones to flood into the brain post-class giving you a natural high!

For the body

Ballet is a strength and endurance workout that focuses on the small muscle groups that sometimes get overlooked in other types of strength training. It's great for working on your posture - you might gain some height! It's a total body workout that targets glutes, quads, core, upper body and back.
