Low impact, high burn. In this super challenging class small, controlled movements are the name of the game. We switch up the choreography every 8 weeks so you can monitor your progress and get excited by new moves (and new playlists). Burn, baby, burn.

For the mind

Barre works both your physical and mental stamina. Focus, concentration and determination are needed to perform small precise movements which is great for memory and mental clarity. Great ready for happy hormones to flood into the brain post-class giving you a natural high!

For the body

Barre is a strength and endurance workout that focuses on the small muscle groups that sometimes get overlooked in other types of strength training. It's great for working on your posture - you might gain some height! It's a total body workout that targets glutes, quads, core, upper body and back.
