A high intensity class leaving you super sweaty and your muscles on FIRE. This is FULL ON cardio, mixing bodyweight, weights and small equipment to keep your heart rate high whilst challenging your muscular endurance. You'll move through 3 full body rounds, ending with a core finisher to ensure those muscles get the attention that they deserve... Currently just at our Shoreditch studio.

There's nothing like a HIIT class to clear your mind. No really, have you ever tried to think about anything else while your smashing a 40 second round of burpees? HIIT releases the happy hormones, like serotonin giving you intense feelings of euphoria. Once you've survived the burpees that is....

For the body

Intense bursts of power and speed mean HIIT can help you increase your overall stamina, strengthen your muscles, heart and lungs. Targets your legs, glutes, arms, shoulders and course that CORE. Plus your metabolic rate is higher for hours after the workout.
