Strength training led by our top-class PTs. A maximum of 6 people to give you the individual attention you need to improve technique and to push you beyond your comfort zone, resulting in improvements to both strength and endurance. Suitable for all levels

For the mind

Strong in body, strong in mind. Building strength through resistance training can help with self-esteem. Being able to carry heavy loads with ease and smash a clean and press is great for confidence. Learning complex routines can help with brain training and memory!

For the body

This class is all about building strength by using heavier weights with less reps working with EMOMs (every minute on the minute). There will be a big focus on form and technique and plenty of recovery time between sets. strength training helps keep muscles and bones healthy. Targets legs, glutes, core and upper body.
