Join Emily for a two-part series aimed at prepping you to get into your handstand, with focus on wrists, flexibility, shoulder and core strength and compression. You will work through stretches and mobility figuring out where you're at and what areas you might need to work on as you work towards getting upside down safely. Not suitable for yoga newbies. In session two, you'll get to put all of the technique you learnt last week together and practice getting upside down and into your handstand! Please make sure that you've done the previous session and are feeling strong and prepped for this final class! Not suitable for yoga newbies.
