It’s that time of year again, when the days get shorter and we feel the urge to slow down, get cozy and hibernate. To help us transition into Autumn, Hana is holding a Hibernation Sound Bath. Using frequencies and vibrations of the Crystal Bowls, and various other instruments to experience deep meditation, rejuvenation and lucid dream-like states.
