Intuitive Heart Flow Yoga

A heart opening Yoga class to take you out of your thinking mind and down into the body and the heart. The heart is a place of love, kindness, and compassion. Toward others and, most importantly, towards yourself. This yoga flow class will offer you heart openers and the freedom to explore your own movements intuitively.
