Mandala Flow Yoga

The Mandala practice is playful and dynamic, flowing through strong poses to the rhythm of the breath. The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body corresponding to the element, and related chakra, of the day as per the Mayan calendar. Our Mandala class is a creative Vinyasa practice to satisfy and challenge the body and mind. As the class moves quite quickly around the mat, we don’t suggest that it’s suitable for beginners. Currently just in our Shoreditch and King's Cross studios.

For the mind

Yoga takes you from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system. Big words that basically mean you feel less stressed and calmer. Focusing on your flow is great to clear a busy mind!

For the body

Expect to feel a Mandala Flow Yoga class in each part of the body. Moving in a dynamic way can help you become more flexible, increase mobility and release tension and tightness in the body. You'll also build strength in your arms, shoulder, core, glutes and legs.
