MANDALA

A Mandala-inspired class which flows dynamically 360 degrees around the mat. This is a playful and creative class, designed to leave you feeling energised and upbeat. Not recommended if you're new to yoga.

For the mind

Yoga takes you from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system. Big words that basically mean you feel less stressed and calmer. Focusing on your flow is great to clear a busy mind!

For the body

In Mandala you will move 360 degrees around the mat. Generally using more speed and strength and you move through many flows and sometime inversions. Matching breath with movement. You will work on flexibility, strength and muscle endurance in the arms, shoulders, core, glutes and legs.
