For the body
Postnatal Pilates is about building strength in the posterior chain (back of the body) which get weak during pregnancy and the day-to-day life of a new mum. In this class you'll strengthen the upper back and glutes, open the chest and stabilise the pelvis that may still have instability left from the pregnancy hormones.
