A tailored fitness class giving you a full body workout, with a focus on exercises to help prevent common pregnancy aches and pains, and prepare you for labour and life as a new mum. All exercises are low impact, but you should expect to feel the burn.
For the mind
This pre natal fitness class is a great mood-booster as it releases the happy hormones like serotonin, dopamine and Frame fave - endorphins! Working out while pregnant can also help with energy levels and make you feel more like you as your body changes to adapt to growing a human!
For the body
This is a full body class with a focus on the posterior chain muscles (back of the body) and pelvic stability to help support your growing bump at the front! You will work on your inner core muscles while learning to let go of the rectus abdominals (Peter Andre muscles). Targets glutes, inner core and arms to help you carry those babies and prams!
