Focussing on the areas that need strengthening and opening during pregnancy and setting you up to feel confident in your body at such an important time.

Great ready for happy hormones to flood into the brain post-class giving you a natural high! Working out while pregnant can also help with energy levels and make you feel more like you as your body changes to adapt to growing a human!
For the body
This is a strength and endurance workout that focuses on the small muscle groups that sometimes get overlooked in other types of strength training. It's great for working on any stability issues that pregnancy can throw at you! We'll often slow things right down, to get the right form and make sure you're using the correct muscles.
