REFORMER PILATES: LOWER BODY
A targeted version of our Power Pilates class. By targeting large and small muscles in the lower body this class will strengthen your legs, glutes and core, leaving you feeling strong and supple. Please attend 3 beginner classes before booking.
For the mind
Mastering the Reformer bed and learning new moves and sequences is actually training your brain, improving your memory and cognitive function. Next time you're embarrassed about how loud your Pilates breathing is know that deep, controlled breathing is doing wonders for your nervous system.
For the body
This Reformer Pilates class with a lower body focus will target the glutes, back, hamstrings, quads, claves, abs and obliques. Although the emphasis will be on the lower body, you will also work on overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Expect to fire up your deep stabiliser muscles that will stabilise your spine, pelvis and core plus isolated muscle exercises to achieve muscle fatigue.
