This class is the antidote of our modern, busy AF, always on life. It’s a gentle yoga flow to help you de-stress and drop down into your parasympathetic nervous system. A place where the heart rate slows, digestion happens more efficiently, you feel more relaxed and have the ability to feel calm and at ease.
