Soothing Stress & Anxiety Workshop – 17th June
Join Gemma for a calming workshop designed to help calm and regulate your nervous system with a combination of gentle yoga asana, soothing breath and mindfulness practices to support stress and anxiety. You’ll explore grounding practices that can be used anywhere. Expect breath practices stemming from ancient yogic traditions, affirmations, the slowest, sweetest movement and a lovingly delivered sound meditation.
