This workshop will guide you through safe and progressive stretching to help you get those long, lean muscles and ensure you don't lose strength. Suitable for all, whether your super flexible or you can't even touch your toes (YET)!
For the mind
Stretching is a great way to de-stress and unwind. Slowing down the body can help calm a busy mind and release built up tension. Endorphins (our fave!) are released when you stretch so you might just feel a rush of happiness post-stretch!
For the body
Tight hamstrings be gone. This class focuses on bringing flexibility and mobility into the entire body which can help avoid injury and a build up of tension in the body. It can also aid muscle repair after an intense workout. Targets shoulders, spine, hip-flexors, quads, glutes, calves, lats and traps.
