A cult Frame classic, Total Body is all about that burn and keeping your heart rate up throughout the class. First up is 10 hard minutes of high intensity cardio set to the music, followed by an arms section with dumbbells, a standing legs section using gliders, before (finally) getting down on the mat for more glider work for the arms and core.

Heart rates high, happy hormones everywhere. Get ready for an intense rush of endorphins off the back of this class. Your brainpower will also get a boost as you move fast through the exercises using co-ordination and balance.
For the body
This class is all about muscular endurance (the ability to repeat an exercise or movement over and over without getting tired!). It's high intensity so helps keeps our hearts healthy and increase lung capacity. Targets glutes, core, arms and shoulders.
