Yin Yoga Sound Bath Meditation Class Frame

The perfect class to choose if you want to calm your mind and stretch your body. Cosy clothes encouraged! This special Yin class incorporates a longer savasana accompanied by Tibetan Bowls, chimes and tingsha. Bliss!

For the mind

In Yin you can hold postures for up to 5 minutes at a time, usually with your eyes closed. This 'me' time will give you time with your thoughts and a great way to meditate. It also trains the mind to be comfortable with the uncomfortable until it passes - a great lesson to take off the mat.

For the body

Yin and sound is like taking yourself to a 90-minute retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. You will hold poses between 3-5 minutes which can help to soften tight muscles and targets the deep connective tissues of the body. You also have the added bonus of healing sounds washing over you.
