Your Mum's VHS is a fun mix of cardio and muscular strength and endurance so a real total body workout targeting all major muscle groups. The cardio is great for strengthening you heart and lungs while the muscular strength and endurance helps keep muscles and bones healthy. Targets glutes, core, arms and shoulders.
