This series is split into two parts. The first two videos are focused on getting into the front splits and the second two will get you into the box splits. If you’re totally new to splits – please repeat the videos multiple times to work on strength and flexibility. You will need a pair of yoga blocks (or books) and a resistance band (or tights) handy to help get into deep stretches. Have fun and listen to your body!
