Alex began her fitness journey studying a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. While working in the industry she was introduced to Pilates and and realised the benefits of this style of training for every day life. After a few classes she was hooked and this led her to complete her certification in both Mat and Reformer Pilates.
In her classes Alex uses her background in exercise rehabilitation to develop an effective workout to strengthen, mobilise and tone the body. She has a strong focus on developing mind-muscle connection, alignment and posture to leave you walking out the class feeling balanced, refreshed and with a greater appreciation for your body and health.
If I wasn’t a Personal Trainer I’d be somewhere in the food industry.

My ideal breakfast is fresh bread from a bakery, eggs, all the sides + coffee
My favourite on the go snack is anything with peanut butter (guilty)
My biggest release is a fun night out dancing with friends
