Mindful Matcha Addict

Alexandra discovered yoga and Buddist meditation whilst she was working as a dancer – she found it helped relieve the stresses and demands she was putting her body through. She began practicing regularly and explored many different schools of yoga under the guidance of various teachers until finally she decided to become a teacher herself. That was fifteen years ago and she still finds huge satisfaction to be sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Her classes are challenging, dynamic and creative. Expect to move with the breath in a mindful, alignment-based, flowing sequence and to sweat a little… or a lot!
