What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
Trained at the Royal Ballet School, after sadly getting injured I discovered my passion for pilates and teaching!
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I love to run, explore new places in new cities, eat lots of good food but also chicken nuggets to stay sane! (I’m obsessed)
