What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
After sadly suffering with an injury as a ballet dancer with English National Ballet and the Royal Ballet, through my rehab I fell in love with pilates and knew I had a passion for it that I wanted to pursue.

David Beckham (My all time crush)
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
I love to run, explore new places in new cities, eat lots of good food but also chicken nuggets to stay sane! (I’m obsessed)
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
You have to dance a little bit in the morning before you leave the house because it changes the way you walk out in the world.
What is your signature move?
Side-lying leg press! Bum to back of carriage-LOVE THE BURN.
