What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Well, honestly, you make my class awesome!! I love the shared energy! We dig deep together, we win together!! Always good positive energy!! Also I love music! So a hype tune, or a throwback can always hit the spot!!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I was training as a singer/dancer/actor etc. when I thought it would be a good to get fitness in the mix. I’ve always trained and played team sports my entire life, so this was a natural progression for me. Working through university I would study and teach music, dance, and, fitness classes. And in between performance or creative projects, I would continue to do so until today. Frame is the perfect marriage between Dance & Fitness, and I’m happy to be a part of this family!

What is your signature move / style?

I think my warm up is my signature! You know what you’re in for in the first 5 min! High energy! A full body warmup gets the mind and body ready for the task at hand! It’s always a beast, and I LOVE IT!!

What makes you, you?

A lot of people don’t know that although i was born here, I lived a trained in America, Texas, for half of my life My immediate family live there to this day! When I get excited a little country saying might slip out! Ya’ll know what I mean!😉

What does your downtime look like?

Mini adventures, shows, recording studios, tours, Netflix, cycling, reading, swimming, fashion! Meeting with friends, festivals, dancing, traveling, parks, sports, baths, music, family and friend catch ups! And SLEEP!!! I love my sleep!!!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

It’s okay to fail, failure is apart of learning. It’s not about if, but about when. It’s not how many times you fail, but about how many times you get back up, and what you learn during that process! Only a champion can fall and get back up again! I’m all about being a champion and showing others the champion that lives inside them!!
