Alice Trow

Energetic All Rounder

Alice was brought up in a sporty household growing up with two older sports mad brothers. Always striving to work harder and be better, Alice took on all sports challenges at school from Athletics to netball. Alice then focused mainly on dance and devoted a large amount of her time to achieving higher grades in ballet, tap and jazz. She then fell in love with contemporary dance and trained at The Place at the age of 15 as part of their young peoples company. However, Alice always had an even stronger love for acting and decided to focus mainly on aiming to train at drama school. Once there she kept up her dance and movement, never wanting to lose that passion. At drama school, she became resident fitness instructor to keep the actors fit and in shape. She understood at a young age the importance of a healthy life style to achieve great things in all walks of life. After she graduated from drama school Alice decided to train as a Yoga Instructor. As a student with YogaLondon she travelled to Ecuador and completed her 200-hour qualification. Alice loves to combine all her loves and passions together and believe they all assist in achieving better results and help make you a more well rounded, balanced and grounded human being.
