Instructor

Amaryllis Saunders

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I started attending group fitness classes in NZ throughout highschool and uni and got hooked, it then became something I could really picture myself doing. After completing my uni degree in business I then realised I wanted to be in the fitness industry where I then started working part time reception at a gym and did a PT course alongside it. Which then lead me on to both Personal Training and Group Fitness Instructing. When I moved to London I discovered Frame through a friend, auditioned for a Boxfit class got the job and now here I am and loving it!!

What does your downtime look like?
Either a glass of wine in hand with my friends or a hot tea wrapped up in my duvet listening to music and chilling.

What is your signature move?
Burpees and/or Mountain Climbers, (Equally both my fave and least fave exercise to do) My style is upbeat and hardcore anything to get your heart rate up to banging music and leave you feeling like a hot mess afterwards.

If you weren’t an instructor what would you be?
Something in the behind the scenes of the music industry (Not a singer, cant sing!!!) But love everything to do with music so somewhere down that path.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Relax! Not stress about things you cant control, they are probably not as bad as you make out in your head! Usually always a reasonable solution that was never worth the worrying in the first place!
