What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

Training and working as a professional Dancer I have always been interested in fitness and finding new ways to keep fit but always having fun, that’s when I found Frame!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

Keeping my body active makes me more productive and motivated!

What is your signature move?

Hip bridges. Keep space between your chin and chest, the size of a tennis ball. This will make sure you get the proper form and not hurt the lower back.

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

I always feel amazing after doing a dance class! It’s a great way to have fun, sweat it out and express yourself!

Red wine and Netflix series marathon!!
