Annie is a yoga teacher and health journalist. She began her journey into yoga as a way to stay healthy as a marathon runner but following a serious running injury, she realised that yoga could save her mentally and physically. She trained in Vinyasa flow yoga in London with Alessandra Pecorella and her love for yoga continues to grow and develop. She teaches a strong but soft flow to soul music and emphasises the importance of moving with breath and transitioning through dynamic and creative flows smoothly. Annie encourages her students to enjoy their practice and do what’s best for them. She teaches both dynamic and strong classes and restorative nourishing classes. Alongside teaching yoga Annie writes for women’s and health publications on all things food and fitness. She is passionate and food and Ayurvedic lifestyle and is always cooking and making up recipes.
If I wasn’t a yoga teacher I’d be a recipe inventor (is that a thing?)
