What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

I want you to leave my class feeling like the superstar you are. Getting that good energy and having fun whilst getting a sweat on. I want every single person to feel welcomed and empowered. This is your YOU TIME.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I’ve always loved group exercise. The energy, atmosphere and the community it brings. As a dancer, teaching fitness combines my two loves. Every single person that comes to class, moves their body, and pushes out their comfort zone.

What does your downtime look like?

Going for long walks listening to a Podcast, listening to Music, a hot bath and a Gin & Tonic.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

What's meant for you won’t pass by you.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

Probably doing something in the sunshine, that involves travelling!

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

Fitness wise, doing exercise I enjoy and switching it up, listening to my body and choosing what workout is good for me in that moment. Life wise doing things I love, dancing around to good music in my flat, spending time with family and friends and getting out in nature.
