What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
In between dance contracts and tours I looked for something in London to keep me fit and motivated. Frame fit the bill!
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Food prep! Planning my meals. Mixing up the classes I take myself to keep me on my toes in my personal training.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Working out makes me feel good. It keeps me motivated and disciplined which I take into other areas…such as book work.
What is your signature move?
I do LOVE a flat back. It pops up in so much. A common mistake is not knowing where your flat back is, it will change for everyone depending on flexibility.
What people think I don’t see when my back is turned…

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
To stop doing something you’ve done for so long doesn’t make you a quitter. It perhaps means your dreams have changed.
