What's Your Goal?

Ben has been a Fitness Instructor for over 10 years and is a qualified and experienced personal trainer and Pilates teacher. Starting out with a football & athletics background, he realised very early on in life that coaching and instructing others to get the best out of themselves was a passion that he wanted to pursue. This has taken him around the world doing what he loves best. Ben enjoys applying contemporary exercises whilst maintaining all the Pilates principals when teaching reformer classes, and applying the precise Pilates style instructing methods at the same time as giving you blood pumping, heart racing workout in his fitness classes.
