What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
Fun and effective workouts designed to take you on a journey outside of your comfort zone, with upbeat vibes to a funky soundtrack.
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I started out as a fitness instructor in 2006 at the age of 20. Since then I’ve been around London and the world learning my craft and developing my style. I began working for Frame in 2013 and it’s been an amazing part of my journey.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Train well, eat well and sleep well 80% of the time and do as I please for the rest.
What is your signature move/style?
I put a huge emphasis on posture and technique. Good reps are better than lots of reps so I try to give as many clear instructions and corrections to individuals and the group in general. Establishing the correct technique and doing the basics right is the only way to get progressively healthier and stronger.
What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?
Fitness-wise I like to mix it up. Running, boxing and Pilates are my three favourite things to do and all three help sharpen me both physically and mentally.
