What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

In my class, you will always have a laugh or two as you climb your own challenge mountain, with the beats of a hip hop classic or a camp anthem along the way!!!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

After constantly going to classes and being inspired by Frame teachers, I decided to go through the Frame Academy to get into instructing.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

For a healthy body…move it! For a healthy mind…move your body! Nothing makes me happier or stronger than using my body to its full potential!

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

Pilates has given me so much length and openness that tension in my body is a rare thing. The day to day strengthening of core muscles has made the simplest of tasks a breeze!

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

My fitness hero is Luke Skywalker…I’m not joking, that Jedi’s core is off the chart!!!

What is your signature move?

My favourite Pilates exercise is Semi-Circle. It’s quite an extreme extension of the spine but it’s so good for you. Most people rush it but it’s all about smooth flow. It’s an exercise that you’ve got to be brave with and trust your reformer to support you when needed!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Do you, be yourself and believe in that and stay curious and open about the world!
