What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I trained in Musical Theatre so I love being in front of a crowd, pair that with my endless energy and passion to motivate people and BOOM…the Cardio King was born.
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
A vegan diet, lots of laughs and meditation.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
I struggle with anxiety and exercise helps to calm and clear my mind. Even when I’m on holiday I need to move my body to keep my head in check.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Forrest Gump. But more recently Frame co-founder Joan Murphy, the woman is a machine.
Something we didn’t know?
I don’t know how to put this but I’m kind of a big deal. People know me. I’m very important.
What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?
Cardio for days and lots of pints with my mates.
