What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

If you’re wanting to be motivated to the max then my class is the one for you! My high energy and sing along tunes will keep you going right the way through to that final finish

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

Coming from a dance and performing background, keeping both my body and mind in its best condition has always been a huge importance to me, and I came to love fitness so much that I decided to become an instructor! I LOVE the buzz I get from teaching a room full of people!

What is your signature move / style?

You gotta’ love a plank! Best way to work your entire body! Little tip: try to relax your shoulders away from your ears and lengthen your neck. A lot of the time we focus so much on our pelvic alignment and engaging our core that we forget about the upper body!

What does your downtime look like?

Going on a long walk around a park followed by sunbathing with a salted caramel ice cream!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Each day your body and mind is going to be different. One day you may be able to do 50 push ups in a row and the next you may only be only to do 5. Take each day/class as it comes and don’t compare yourself to others. This is YOUR class!

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be?

When I was younger I wanted to become a paramedic, or in 5-year-old Bethan’s words ‘An Ambulance Driver’! Unfortunately my degree in Musical Theatre and my fitness qualifications aren’t going to be much help when it comes to fulfilling this career!
