What makes your class so f'cking awesome?
My class is like a positive energy kick! We'll keep flowing on the mat before recharging with a yummy restorative pose at the end of the class to leave totally refreshed and relax!
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
After many journeys to India and experiencing the ashram life, I had a deep spiritual awakening realising that Yoga was the path I wanted to deeply immerse myself into. I gained my Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher certification in Thailand with Lorraine Taylor, focusing on female bodies and energies. I also hold a Yoga Alliance US accreditation (RYT300). I furthered my teacher training becoming a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Prana Vinyasa from Shiva Rea.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Yoga and cardio gives me the extra boost of energy and positive vibes to keep me going.

Tracy Anderson for being so creative with her method and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli who is passionate about women’s health!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Remember there is only one you!! And that’s why you and your classes are special!
