What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

Vibes high, lunges low, baby. I’ll trick you into working muscles you didn’t know you had whilst distracting you with contemporary R&B and funky soul.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I was a dancer in a previous life, and after a brief detour into corporate, trained through Frame and swiftly made my way back to my first love. Best decision ever.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Grace Jones. The body, the self-belief, the life. She’s a masterclass in it all.

What is your signature move / style?

I love using balance to elevate a simple movement into a total body assault. A lunge with a calf-raise on a yellow spring? Chef kiss. My biggest tip – stay low and slow, control and isolation will get you everywhere.

What does your downtime look like?

As a freelance instructor a night off is rare, so when I can, I indulge in everything important to me- Aperol. Bread. Shaking it at Rowans (IYKYK). Tragic in the best way!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

The time is going to pass anyway, do the hard thing. It always motivates me to get out of my comfort zone.
