GOOD THINGS HAPPEN WHEN YOU MOVE YOUR FRAME

Instructors

CALLUM ELSON

What makes your class so f’cking awesome?

My classes are always high cardio, high energy and high CAMP! Always extra, always inclusive, ALWAYS fun! Come and join the party!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I trained as a dancer, but during Lockdown 2020 I didn’t move my body once. (Apart from the occasional bicep curl – bringing the wine glass to the lips). After almost a year of no exercise, I decided to start teaching classes online to get back into the swing of things. It was from here I discovered how much I love teaching, and how much people enjoy my classes! I found Frame and it was exactly what I was looking for. Super judgement free, super inclusive and super fun! After successfully getting the job, I have grown so much as an instructor and get such a buzz from teaching my classes, and seeing the sweaty but happy smiles on my framers faces after class!

What makes you, you?

My energy. Every class you will take with me will always be high in energy and high in campness! It’s an opportunity for me to be silly and wacky with the clients, whilst also working hard and achieve amazing results; essentially being a class full of happy framers.

What does your downtime look like?

When I’m not dancing at work, I’m dancing in the city. I love to boogie with friends and love going to festivals and seeing live artists. Spending time with the people who mean most to me is super important. I’m all for making memories!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

Whatever you’re doing right now is enough. Everyone goes through life at their own pace, be kind to yourself and take it one step at a time.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

A Drag Queen!!

Guilty pleasure?

Karaoke – And for some reason I think I can rap once I've had a glass of prosecco? Apologies to anyone who may have witnessed this!
