What makes your class so f'cking awesome?

My playlist is defo a key component! A sweat-drenched workout to a banging playlist ... what more does a person need in life!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I had taught dance for many years but when I started working front of house at Frame, it made me want to make the switch into fitness, so I auditioned and got trained up and the rest, as they say, is history.

What is your signature move?

I love 90’s hip hop moves! So sometimes you’ll probably see a cheeky groove or two in some of my classes.

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

Weight training.
