What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
With the help of my infectious energy and feel-good music I want every client to come to class, forget about their day, have a fun time and leave feeling awesome!

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I found my way to Frame back in 2016 when I was on the lookout for a job that I would fit nicely alongside my work as a singer/dancer – whilst keeping me fit at the same time. What started as a side hustle has now become my full-time focus. I have since done the course after course to top up my skill set so that I can share my knowledge with all the lovely clients. I fell in love with the world of fitness all thanks to Frame and couldn’t be happier.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
When I’m not teaching at frame I love going to class – usually pilates or a dance class. When I get the chance, long walks out in the countryside with my family are the best. I love learning so I read or listen podcasts frequently. I practice mindfulness and meditation most days to help me wind down/feel more relaxed after being so energetic whilst teaching.

What is your signature style?
Pilates has influenced my style of teaching massively. I use the fundamentals of pilates in pretty much all of my classes. Often we feel we need to move at 100 miles an hour to work hard but this is not always the case. Sometimes less is more and slower can actually be harder. Slow down and tune in to your body.

What makes you, you?
Not taking myself/life too seriously. The side of me that prefers digging in the sand rather than sunbathing. The side of me that can sit for hours playing board games. And the side of me that isn’t afraid to look a tad silly in the studio.

Who’s your LIFE hero? Why?
There are too many to choose from…I’ll just go ahead and name a few. Elizabeth Gilbert, Brene Brown, Mark Manson, Tim Ferris and many more. Because of way they have inspired me to keep bettering myself through all the books/ podcasts they have shared.
