What makes your class so f’cking awesome?
My classes are all about having fun, trying new creative flows and just enjoying moving and breathing without the usual pressure of busy lives!
What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
I was a dancer my whole life and have always loved to move. As I grew older I realised that I wanted kindness and compassion to be my intention for everything in life and wanted to research this more. Turns out yoga had done all the research for me already and the movement was an extra bonus that drew me into the practice!
What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?
Regularly checking in with myself and asking what I can learn from what I am feeling each day, good or bad, and, of course, the amazing pilates classes at Frame.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Yoga helps me handle the all the things life throws at us.
