Charlotte is a Vegan Health and Fitness blogger, personal trainer and Bikini competitor. Her passions lie in finding innovative and exciting ways to train. Charlotte moved to London two years ago working as a dancer and model but always knew that health and fitness was her calling. Her classes are hard and you’ll get that body burning BUT you’ll get through it with a little sass! Incorporating her dance training knowledge and her passion for fitness you’ll be shimmying your way back to the changing rooms after a great class.

My training style is Sassy, positive, methodical. You’ll know what you’re working with that buuuuuuurn!

My biggest vice is Netflix and Lotus biscuit spread

My favourite time of day is Bedtime… sleep is a time machine to breakfast!
