What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I went to my first yoga class when I was 17 and have been hooked ever since! I trained in Movement/Mime in Paris and I perform regularly as an actor and comedian. With the instability and precariousness of the entertainment business, Yoga has kept my ego in check and body in balance.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

My dad! He is unreasonably fit- runs, bikes, swims, marathons he's a superstar !

What is your signature move / style?

prasarita padottanasana - Extending legs, spine, I’m all about the lines & length! I’ve also got quick tricks to get that headstand foundation.

What makes you, you?

My auntie daisy was a witch so I practice magic and howl under a full moon.

What does your downtime look like?

Meditation meditation meditation ... yummm ... zenn... ommm

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

What is meant for you will come for you. What is not will pass you by.

If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??

Probably a shaman.
