What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
Training to be a dancer began my interest in nurturing the body. Whether I was doing ballet or a HIIT class, I loved the feeling of a strong body and a happy mind. I wanted to provide this feeling for others too, and thus became an instructor for Frame.
How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?
Dancing builds coordination, spacial awareness and strong legs; important for navigating through busy London crowds and climbing up and down tube stairs.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
It’s not about how it looks, it about how it feels.
