My classes are for you, no matter how low you’re feeling I’ll help you feel high.

What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?

I trained as a dancer originally and fell into Frame’s beautiful environment just at the right time.

What’s your favourite way to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind?

Just do you. Move your frame because it makes you feel good and stop punishing your body for the food you ate.

How does your choice of exercise fit/help your day to day life?

Some days I need to sweat it out, other days I need my duvet. Both are fine.

Who’s your fitness hero? Why?

Any person who decides to love their body and express it in a safe environment (like my classes)

What’s your favourite way to feel good fitness-wise and life wise?

Dance like everyone’s watching!

If it brings you pleasure then fuck the guilt. Lean into the joy always

What does your downtime look like?

Pretty similar to my uptime. Dancing my tits off with my favourite people
