As head of sales and buying in the fashion industry for over fifteen years, I worked for some of the largest lifestyle brands, travelling globally and spending a lot of time looking at clothes! As fun as it sounds, a much-needed change was due.
After my second pregnancy having put on a lot of baby weight, I decided to find myself a personal trainer and started attending classes. This was the best decision I could have made and I found balance and a new energy that was missing. During pregnancy number three I exercised throughout and realised the huge positive difference it made on my body and mind.
Having caught the fitness bug, and this new sense of well-being, my next step was becoming an instructor. After attending many different classes, and experimenting with lots of techniques, a passion for motivational, high energy, strengthening cardio classes was unearthed. Through learning to explore your body I do believe physical strength leads to mental strength. With a kick ass attitude and a respect for what the body can do, expect to push personal limits in a balanced and sensible way.
