What was your journey to becoming an instructor? How the hell did you get here?
Pure destiny. I loved being the captain of my soccer teams growing up and through university where I received my bachelors in Kinesiology. After that, I travelled and worked my way through 5 years of backpacking around Europe before landing in here to teach you lovely Londener’s a thing or two about what I know about proper training.
Who’s your fitness hero? Why?
Kendrick Farris. America’s strongest man is vegan? What an animal.
What does your downtime look like?
Train. Yoga. Sleep. Eat. Repeat!!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Take every obstacle that comes at you as an opportunity, not an obligation.
If you weren’t an Instructor, what would you be??
I think I would still be an instructor, you know… just teaching in a different way, like a group professional snowboarders or Spanish as a second language to kids.
