My philosophy to exercise is simple. Build a strong body to build a strong mind. I love supporting you to train hard; whether that be pushing you to achieve that extra rep or take that treadmill up that extra 0.5; I’ll help you achieve more than you thought you could… and you’ll have a smile on your face! You’ll leave my class wanting more and feeling like a BOSS.
If I wasn’t a Fitness instructor…. I’d be an estate agent ( I was for 10 years!)

My favourite place in London for a stiff drink… My local, it’s means I can be in bed by midnight.
My ideal breakfast is… bottomless black coffee and pancakes with lemon, sugar and maple syrup. Mmmmmm!
