Connie started practicing yoga to escape the stresses of working in The City and within a short time knew that she’d found a practice for life. For Connie, moving with the breath is so much more powerful than the sum of its parts and it’s the transformational nature of yoga – physically, emotionally and spiritually – that brings her back to the mat nearly everyday. Having trained in ashtanga, vinyasa and rocket yoga, you can expect Connie’s classes to be strong and playful with a strong focus on the breath that will leave you feeling both energised and rooted, with a strong sense of inner calm.
My training style is strong and dynamic, with just enough so softness to keep you coming back for more.
My ideal breakfast is anything smothered in nut butter and a coffee. Coffee is a must.
My favourite time of day is first thing in the morning – that moment after a sweaty yoga class when you step out of the studio feeling energised and accomplished and it’s not even 9am.
